Greenergy co-founder looking to cash out in a big way

In the UK, biodiesel company Greenergy has asked ING to look at various options for the company including a sale, something which is attracting the attention of rivals along with private equity funds like Carlyle and CVS who may be willing to part with as much as $733 million. Doing so would land the company’s CEO and co-founder profits of $117 million. The company was founded in 1992 and is currently one of the country’s largest privately-owned firms.
