June 30, 2016 |

In Nebraska, Siouxland Ethanol will invest $8 million to boost the ethanol production capacity of its facility by another 15% following upgrades earlier this year that boosted production to about 65 million gallons per year. Work on the expansion should begin in the next month or two after permits have been secured. Corn oil as well as DDGS production will increase as a result of the latest expansion phase. Most of the 700 investors in the facility live within a 700 mile radius.
