Trader sues biodiesel producer for failure to pay more than $120,000

In Wisconsin, Kempler & Co. Inc. is suing Midwest Biodiesel Products in Madison County Circuit Court alleging that the biodiesel producer failed to pay $123,336.80 with interest of $16.50 per diem following a judgment in its favor in Florida last April. The plaintiff alleges that so far no payments have been made and also failed to file an appeal. Midwest Biodiesel Products operates a 12 million gallon per year multifeedstock facility in South Roxana, Ill.
