BDI BioEnergy to delist from Frankfurt Stock Exchange

In Austria, BDI BioEnergy is removing itself from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, offering shareholders EUR13.50 per share. Currently BDI Beteiligungs GbmH owns 72.74% of the company. The company’s IPO in 2006 saw shares at EUR58 but later fell to EUR20 a year later, falling to EUR10.24 last Friday. The parent company does not intend to relist the company on another stock exchange following the delisting on the Frankfurt exchange. Last year, the company had revenue of EUR33.3 million and as of last Friday a market value of EUR39 million.
