Argentina worried Trump era trade restrictions would dry up biodiesel imports

In Argentina, the biodiesel industry is worried that a Trump presidency in the US would lead to cuts in demand for imports, despite the US biofuel industry staying positive that Trump won’t mess with the RFS. Most of Argentina’s biodiesel exports are going to the US after losing market access to the EU. Argentina isn’t worried about a reduction in demand to blend as much as it is an increase in tariffs as Trump looks to scrap trade agreements that have facilitated exports.
