Alliance Bioenergy gets 90-day extension on mulch contract to nail INEOS buy

In Florida, Indian River County has agreed to go ahead and give Alliance Bioenergy the mulch contract that belonged to INEOS if it buys the facility it recently bid on following a unanimous vote by county commissioners to extend the contract by 90 days. The contract is currently expected to expire in March and was going to open again for bid in February but that was too short of a timeframe for Arbor One Bank to approve the company’s offer to buy the facility.
