BioApplied: The Digest’s 2017 Multi-Slide Guide to Nova Scotia’s Biorefinery initiative

There’s a biorefinery initiative in Canada’s Atlantic region (first initiated in Nova Scotia but expanding regionally).  A partnership between Emera, Innovacorp, and the Federal and Provincial governments, are aimed at creating the necessary conditions to attract and host a biorefinery and biomaterials industrial cluster.  Forestry, oceans, agriculture, and MSW are all part of mix, and additional industrial partners are joining the program.
