Missouri’s new governor aim to support biofuel producers fund

In Missouri, the state government is working with the legislature on a budget, a budget that could include $3.5 million funds for the agriculture department that would be directed towards the biofuel producers fund the previous governor tried and failed to cut back. Producers suffered extensive delays as lawmakers fought with the government to make good on promises made to producers for the subsidy funds. Should the new go law through, it will help to further support the burgeoning biofuels industry.
