June 29, 2017 |

In Finland, Gasum opened its first biogas and CNG filling station in Pori, largest member of the Carbon Neutral Municipalities project, and one of 35 new biogas stations it plans to open around the country over the next few years. By 2020, the company expects to serve 500 gas-powered cars including the city’s fleet. Eyes are on the possibility to produce biogas nearby in order to serve the city’s vehicles using its own waste stream.
