July 6, 2017 |

In Malaysia, a survey of 17 oil palm plantations found that crude palm oil production likely fell to 1.57 million metric tons in June, down more than 5% on the month, while export data estimates show that exports likely fell 8% during the month. As a result, stocks for the month remain fairly flat at 1.55 million tons. Over the past five years, the average has been a slight increase of production during June rather than a decrease.
