Biodiesel prices rise to four-month high

In New York state, heating oil futures are on the rise which are in turn supporting biodiesel prices to four-month highs across the country. Biodiesel premiums are also being seen in the Midwest as well as the Gulf Coast regions, 3 cents and 6 cents per gallon respectively, a move resulting from rising soybean costs that too are helping to push up biodiesel prices. Despite increasing prices, physical spot trade for B100 has been slow going this year due to the boho factor hovering over 90 cents per gallon.
