Court approves sale BIOX to CFFI Ventures

In Canada, BIOX Corporation announced the Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued a final order approving the previously announced transaction pursuant to which 10293547 Canada Limited, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of CFFI Ventures Inc. will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of BIOX by way of plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act.

The Arrangement was previously approved by the shareholders of BIOX at a special meeting held onSeptember 7, 2017. BIOX expects that the Arrangement will be completed on September 26, 2017following the fulfillment of certain closing conditions, not otherwise waived, which are customary in transactions of this nature.
