Mexico’s E10 could hang in the balance for at least a year

In Mexico, the lawsuit that led to an injunction on the increased ethanol blend of 10% from the current 5.8% could take more than a year to resolve. The plaintiffs claim that expert and environmentalist opinions were not taken into account when the policy was developed, a policy they say could worsen air quality in many of the countries cities than they are currently, rather than improving them as the policy is intended to do.
