Ethanol industry uses Fox to remind Trump he was an ethanol fan

In Washington, not to be out done by the oil industry in getting President Trump’s attention via his favorite news channel, Fox, the ethanol industry has jumped in with an ad run on the same channel highlighting video clips of the president as candidate supporting ethanol. The fight between the two lobbies over the RFS has heated up in recent weeks after Midwest congressmen boycotted a vote on key agency appointments unless the EPA backed off from proposals to change the policy in a way that would hurt the biofuels industry.
