PBF Logistics invests in ethanol loading infrastructure at Delaware City refinery

In New Jersey, PBF Logistics announced it would invest in ethanol loading infrastructure at the Delaware City refinery marine terminal in a demonstration of good faith that the project would eventually get the go ahead after suffering from an ongoing legal battle with local community groups as to whether the facility should be allowed in the protected coastal area or not. PBF Energy is the lead investor on the proposed $7 million hub-and-spoke transportation expansion project.
