Class members in $1.51 billion Syngenta settlement may begin submitting claims

In Kansas, the Claims Administrator of the Syngenta Agrisure lawsuit announced that farmers, ethanol producers and corn processors eligible for participation in the $1.51 billion class action lawsuit settlement may begin submitting claims as of May 11 until October 12, 2018.  Class members wishing to opt out or oppose the settlement must do so by August 10. A hearing will be held by the United States District Court of the District of Kansas on November 15, 2018 to decide whether they will approve the settlement.
