In Vietnam, Binh Phuoc Ethanol and Dung Quat ethanol plants will be brought back online in an effort to help supply fuel for the country’s 5% ethanol mandate thanks to capital injections from existing shareholders. The Binh Phuoc facility was mothballed in 2015 after coming online in 2012 and has a total production capacity of 300,000 liters per day. Dung Quat will be brought online producing 70,00 liters per day this year, ramping up next year to 350,000 liters per day.
