Argentina won’t shy away from WTO if EU slams new anti-dumping tariffs on biodiesel

In Argentina, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reaffirmed to the European Union that the country doesn’t subsidize its biodiesel industry in an effort to end the current investigation that could lead to the EU setting new anti-dumping tariffs on Argentine biodiesel imports. The ministry says that should the EU decide to go ahead with the tariffs for a second time, the country won’t hesitate to go back to the WTO where it has already partially won against Europe’s anti-dumping tariffs.
