House Reps reintroduce bill seeking to limit RFS to below the blend wall

May 13, 2019 |

Bill Flores (R-Tex.) and Peter Welch (D-Vt.) are seeking to keep ethanol blending specifically under the 10% blend wall, a move supported by the American Petroleum Institute who sees the president’s recent allowance of E15 putting politics ahead of good policy because it believes most vehicles can only run on E10.
