In Vanuatu, Radio New Zealand reports that a total of 19 senior officials including the former prime minister, two MPs and French energy company UNLCO are all under investigation for misuse of $1.3 million awarded by the European Commission for biofuel project development in Torba, Penama and Malampa provinces.
