Virtual Equity Partners buys 100% of shares in Italy’s BTS Biogas

In Italy, the acquisition of 100% of the shares of BTS Biogas Srl by Virtual Equity Partners LLC (VEP) has been successfully brought to completion. The new corporate structure consolidates the company’s position as technological leader in the biogas sector and guarantees the company’s financial strength. VEP invested equity in the company back in 2017. The company organizational structure will remain the same, guaranteeing continuity to the achievements that have been obtained along more than 20 years thanks to valuable collaborators and partners of BTS.
