Trump promises “giant package” via Twitter but no details or dates

In Washington, Reuters reports that President Trump took to Twitter to announce a “giant package” to help farmers impacted by the demand destruction for biofuels caused by the Environmental Protection Agency’s recent approval of 31 small refinery hardship waivers. The tweet did not give details as to what the “giant package” would entail or when it would be announced. Unsurprisingly, the oil industry has lashed back at plans to ethanol increase ethanol demand.
