EPA publishes details for Wednesday’s 2020 RVO public hearing

In Washington, EPA will hold a public hearing on Oct. 30, 2019 followed by a 30-day comment period from the date of the hearing to receive public input on the supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking seeking additional comment on the recently proposed rule to establish the cellulosic biofuel, advanced biofuel, and total renewable fuel volumes for 2020 and the biomass-based diesel volume for 2021 under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) program published October 15. The agency will finalize this action later this year.

The hearing will be held at the Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest, 1275 S. Huron St., Ypsilanti, MI 48197 (phone number 734-487-2000). The hearing will begin at 9:00 a.m. EST and end when all parties present who wish to speak have had an opportunity to do so.
