Indonesian exports seen as “very little” during H1 2020

In Indonesia, Reuters reports that the national biodiesel association expects increased demand during the first half of the year to result in “very little” exports during the period compared to the 2 million metric tons expected to be exported in 2019, but production and therefore exports could increase during the second half of the year as more capacity comes online. The government estimates domestic consumption will reach 9.5 billion liters in 2020 as the country moves to B30 blending.
