When will it be over? US – crisis stage over by the end of June, globally by year-end, is what we hear. Damage? Goldman Sachs predicts 3 million US deaths on 150 million infections and a 24 percent drop in GDP in Q2, with 2nd half recovery. What we hear is that mortality rate will be more like 30000-150000 US deaths,  economic impact may be slightly less severe in Q2 but could be expected to last longer, and the COVID will rise from nothing to the 12-14th biggest cause of death in the United States this year, or higher.
