Romania pulls back from biofuel blending mandate during state of emergency

April 21, 2020 |

Ethanol Europe has expressed concern that if Romania and other central and eastern European countries which are suspending blending mandates due to the global pandemic could have later impacts on how much biofuel is blended through 2030.
