Rex American brings One Earth Energy back online but NuGen remains idled

In Texas, Rex American Resources says it is in the process of bringing its One Earth Energy ethanol plant back online after being temporarily idled. NuGen was also idled in response to negative crushing margins brought about by COVID-19 impacts on demand together with falling oil prices but that facility remains offline. The company says that although market conditions are improving, allowing for the restart of One Earth Energy, they still remain challenging and the company will continue to do what it needs to in order to ensure liquidity.
