In Indiana, Hoosier Today reports ethanol plants in the state are currently running at between 60% and 65% production capacity as they ramp back up after the COVID-19 pandemic slashed demand. There are still a lot of questions regarding how demand will respond as pandemic restrictions ease but mills are erring on the side of caution in case there is a redux in infections rather than ramping up hard and fast to only regret it later.
