Sen. Grassley wants $3B from next COVID-19 package for ethanol

July 30, 2020 |

Chuck Grassley has now put a $3 billion price tag on the industry’s needs. The Republican Senate proposal for the now round of supports includes $20 billion for agriculture, $3 billion of which Grassley says should go for ethanol, which the Secretary said he would consider, but all agricultural sectors are likely asking for the same consideration.
