ADM not sure when it will reopen idled dry milling ethanol plants

In Iowa, Brownfield Ag News reports that despite initial expectations that it would idle dry mill ethanol plants in Iowa and Nebraska for four months, ADM said last week it wasn’t sure of when they would reopen. Originally idled in late April in response to falling demand from COVID-19 related impacts, they should have been coming online later this month, but during last week’s earnings call the CFO said the decision would be “data driven”.
