In Zimbabwe, ESI Africa reports that Green Fuel is installing a sixth sugarcane crushing mill at its facility that will allow it to be self-sufficient in energy as well as be able to export electricity to the national grid thanks to high powered boilers. The additional equipment should be installed by the end of the year and commissioned early in 2021. The region’s cane crush typically runs from April to November or December in line with Brazil.
