Survey says Germans want more biofuels

November 18, 2020 |

In Australia, UFOP reports that 65% of all Germans have a positive view of biofuels and almost half consider biofuels to be of growing importance for climate protection in the future, according to a current representative survey.

This is the result of a representative survey by the Kantar opinion research institute on behalf of the biofuel industry. With a guaranteed reduction of at least 60 percent of greenhouse gases compared to mineral oil and sustainable production, almost 70 percent of those surveyed would use biofuels. 43 percent of all respondents expect that biofuels will gain in importance in the fight against climate change.
