Concerns 2021 RVO decision could be kicked over to Biden administration

In Washington, Agri-Pulse reports there are fears that the Environmental Protection Agency could continue to make delays on RVOs for 2021 until the Biden administration takes over in January. The CEO of the American Coalition for Ethanol says it would be the first time since 2015 that RVOs weren’t known ahead of the calendar year they would be applied, and with the transition to a new administration could mean further delays until May or June which would cause further challenges for the industry.
