Iowa governor wants E10 and B11 in the state

In Iowa, the Des Moines Register newspaper reports the governor wants to see 10% ethanol blending in the state together with 11% biodiesel. As the largest producer of both fuels in the state, she says she wants to see legislation making the blending goals a reality. In addition, she will seek another $10 million for blending infrastructure at the retail level on top of the current $3 million already available while requiring that all new pumps installed allow for higher blends.
