In the UK, Law360 reports that GAIA Heat is suing Greenergy to recoup $2.8 million paid out by its insurers following damage to boilers. The company claims that Greenergy allowed the boilers to be contaminated through negligence that caused a leak. The negligence is allegedly as a result of failing to treat the boilers with “reasonable care and skill” that eventually led to the contamination at its production site. The case is being argued in High Court.
