In Indonesia, Reuters reports Pertamina expects to launch production of its palm oil-based diesel and jet fuel by the end of this year. The Cilacap green refinery will produce 3,000 barrels of “Green Diesel” from Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Oil per day beginning in December and 6,000 barrels of jet fuel per day from crude palm oil beginning in December 2022 but expansions are already being planned from 2023.
