March 10, 2021 |

In Washington, Platts reports Energy Information Administration data shows ethanol production rose last week to 938,000 b/d but still remains 85,000 b/d lower than the same period last year. Although production continues to rise following the massive slump due to unusual winter weather, ethanol stocks dropped further to 22.070 million barrels, falling 355,000 barrels on the week. Without imports from Brazil into California, the West Coast region saw the biggest dip in stocks followed by the Gulf Coast that has seen an increase in exports.
