In Washington, D.C., the U.S. Department of Energy’s Bioenergy Technologies Office’s Advanced Biofuels and Bioproducts Process Development Unit at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and TeselaGen Biotechnology are partnering to advance fermentation processing for next-generation renewable bioproducts.
The ABPDU will deploy the TeselaGen artificial intelligence-enabled operating system for biotechnology and will use its data acquisition capabilities to organize complex datasets as its workflows scale from early-stage processes and into larger bioreactors. This collaboration will further equip the bioenergy community to develop products using biomass, providing an alternative to petroleum.
