Stand aside all you “Net Zero Carbon by the Year 2525” people, here’s a bold commit from the Western Propane Gas Association — for California, by 2020, 100% renewable. Notice, no fancy carbon offsets purchased from Potemkin Carbon projects in Nowehereville, just a straight up commit in a timeline you can imagine living to see.
