Brookfield looking at potential sale of Greenergy

In the UK, Bloomberg reports sources have confirmed Brookfield Business Partners has engaged Citigroup and HSBC in order to explore the potential sale of Greenergy, although discussions are at an early stage and may not result in an actual sale. Brookfield took over Greenergy in 2017 with a controlling interest, allowing the business to grow through mergers and acquisitions, now working across the UK and Ireland as well as Canada, Brazil and the Middle East.
