In India, the ANI news agency reports that with ethanol production capacity expanding rapidly thanks to soft financing, price supports and other policies, the Secretary of the Department of Food and Public Distribution expects installed capacity to double by 2025, allowing the country to achieve its 20% blending mandate goal.
