July 29, 2021 |

In Washington, DTN reports Energy Information Administration data shows ethanol production stayed above the 1 million barrel per day mark last week, but fell against the prior week to 1.028 million bpd. Production stayed over 1 million barrels for the eleventh week in a row, the longest stretch since the pandemic began. Although production pulled back, stocks grew to 22.733 million barrels, the highest since mid-February despite summer driving season officially having kicked off. East Coast and West Coast stocks grew while the Midwest producing region and the Gulf Coast exporting region both saw inventories slip.
