In Nebraska, DTN reports U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois in Urbana dismissed Green Plain’s lawsuit against Archer Daniels Midlands for allegedly manipulating ethanol prices at its Argo terminal. The case, similar to the one brought by Midwest Renewable Energy but dismissed on August 9, is based on the Commodity Exchange Act but the judge said the company didn’t have standing to do so.
