In Washington, Dow Jones reports Energy Information Administration data shows ethanol production fell to 933,000 barrels per day last week, 40,000 barrels lower than the week prior, to the lowest levels seen since March. Analysts had expected production to be between 962,000 barrels per day to 990,000 barrels, so the actual figure was far below estimates.
