Ukraine PM calls for complete shift to alternative fuels for household heating

In the Ukraine, the Goa Spotlight reports the Prime Minister has announced that even though the country has enough gas reserves on hand for the coming winter season, all heating companies will be required to shift completely to alternative fuels, such as biofuels, although a date for the transition was not reported. The Prime Minister used the Volyn region as an example where more than half of the households there are already use biomass pellets for heating.
