Verde Bio Holding to buy two operating biodiesel facilities for $7M

In Texas, Verde Bio Holdings, Inc has entered into an agreement to acquire two operational biodiesel plants located in Fort Myers, Florida, and Wilson, North Carolina, which together will add an estimated $27 million in assets to VBHI in line with its new strategy to invest in renewable energy and natural resources. The Florida facility will be purchased for $4 million but is appraised at $11.6 million while the North Carolina facility will be bought for $3 million with an appraised value of $16.6 million. Both facilities produce 5 million gallons of biodiesel annually.
