In Nebraska, DTN reports Archer Daniels Midland wants the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska to throw out Green Plains’ suit against it that claims ethanol price manipulation. Green Plains filed the suit in October after the U.S. District Court for the District of Central Illinois dismissed a similar suit in August, saying the company couldn’t sue under the Commodity Exchange Act. ADM claims the current suit should either be moved to Illinois where other similar suits are still pending, or be thrown out altogether.
