BETO seeks a Physical Scientist/General Engineer for Bioenergy work

In Washington, D.C., the U.S. Department of Energy Bioenergy Technologies Office (BETO) Data, Modeling, and Analysis team is looking for a GS-12 physical scientist/general engineer to join their team. The Data, Modeling, and Analysis subprogram supports research, analysis, and tool development to address the economic and environmental dimensions of bioenergy and bioproducts.

The U.S. Department of Energy Bioenergy Technologies Office (BETO) Data, Modeling, and Analysis team is looking for a GS-12 physical scientist/general engineer to join their team. The Data, Modeling, and Analysis subprogram supports research, analysis, and tool development to address the economic and environmental dimensions of bioenergy and bioproducts. Eligible candidates should have an interest in decarbonizing the U.S. economy to fight climate change through research, development, and demonstration of new bioenergy technologies. This role will help shape the Office’s analysis and sustainability portfolios.
