Botswana launches biofuels guidelines for investors

In Botswana, the Xinhua news agency reports that the government, with the support of the United Nationals Development Program, has launched guidelines to help support domestic and international investors interested in developing biofuel production in the country. Already the country has established a biogas program to promote production from agri waste in the southeastern part of the country but these new guidelines are more global to support all kinds of biofuels so as to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
