Praj Industries developing binder to blend ethanol with diesel

In India, The Hindu Business Line reports that Praj Industries Ltd. is in collaboration with the Pune-based Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), and is developing a binder that will help blend ethanol with diesel, the company’s top official has said.

According to The Hindu Business Line, Praj is collaborating with ARAI, setting up three plants to use cellulosic feedstock and the project (binder) is in the testing phase currently.
